Processing & Delivery

Every cuddly friend is packed with love and care. Orders are dispatched from our facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra within 24 hours. We deliver magic right to your doorstep across India.

  • Metro Cities: 4–6 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days

Urgent Delivery via Porter

Standard same-day delivery is not automatically available at checkout.

☁️ Need a cuddle buddy urgently? If you are located nearby, we can easily arrange a fast delivery via Porter. Please drop us an Instagram DM or email us before placing your order to check availability. Note: Porter delivery charges are to be borne by the customer.

Shipping Costs & COD

  • Prepaid Orders: Free delivery on all orders above ₹749. A flat shipping charge applies to orders below ₹749.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at checkout. A flat handling fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders.

  • Tracking: As soon as your plushie sets off on its journey, tracking details will be emailed to you so you can follow its path home.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Cloudy Cuddles, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our plushies. Because each toy is a character built to bring comfort, returns or exchanges are strictly accepted only in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or quality issues within 5 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

We happily accept claims for the following issues:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Open seams, tearing, or stitching flaws.

  • Safety Concerns: Detached parts (eyes, noses, accessories) or loose threads.

  • Quality Issues: Significant shape deformation, severe under-stuffing, or a soiled/dirty product upon arrival.

  • Wrong Friend Delivered: An incorrect toy was sent instead of the one you ordered.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal style preference.

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Hygiene & Usage: Plushies that have been washed, played with, soiled, or have had their original tags removed.

  • Products or issues reported outside the 5-day delivery window.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirements

To expedite your claim, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is required.

  • Full View: Show all sides of the sealed package before opening.

  • Unbroken Footage: Keep the camera rolling continuously as you open the box and inspect the toy immediately.

  • The Cuddle Check: Squeeze the plushie briefly on camera to demonstrate stuffing consistency and visually verify the seams and eyes.

  • Order Number: Include your order number verbally or write it clearly on the screen.

The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us within 5 days of delivery at sales.cloudycuddles@gmail.com.

  2. Provide Evidence: Attach your mandatory unboxing video and clear photos showing the specific issue.

  3. Review: Our team will review and approve your claim within 2–3 business days.

  4. Ship Back: Once approved, we will guide you on shipping the product back with tracking details. Return shipping is fully covered by Cloudy Cuddles for valid claims.

Refunds & Damaged Shipments

  • Refunds: Approved returns are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping and COD handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives visibly damaged from transit, please document the exterior package damage with photos/video immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
