Cloudy Cuddles Return & Exchange Policy

At Cloudy Cuddles, we stand behind the magical quality of every cuddly companion we create. We ensure our plushies are perfectly safe, ultra-soft, and made to last a lifetime. Because each friend is sent out with love, returns or exchanges are only accepted within 5 days of delivery in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or quality issues.

Return Eligibility

We happily accept returns for the following specific issues:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Open seams, tearing, or stitching flaws.

  • Safety Concerns: Loose threads or detached parts (eyes, noses, accessories).

  • Quality Issues: Significant shape deformation, severe under-stuffing, or a soiled/dirty product upon arrival.

  • Wrong Friend Delivered: Receiving an incorrect toy instead of the one you ordered.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Custom or personalized plushies.

  • Hygiene & Usage: Toys that have been washed, played with, soiled, or have had their original tags removed.

  • Issues reported after the 5-day delivery window.

Unboxing Video Requirements

Note: To help us quickly process your claim and understand what went wrong, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

Please ensure your video includes:

  1. A clear view of all sides of the sealed package before opening.

  2. The continuous opening of the package and immediate inspection of the plushie.

  3. A quick "cuddle check" (briefly squeeze the toy to show stuffing consistency and check seams/eyes on camera).

  4. A clear close-up of the visible damage, defect, or issue.

  5. Your order number shown on screen or spoken aloud.

The Return Process

  1. Get in Touch: Email us within 5 days of delivery at sales.cloudycuddles@gmail.com.

  2. Share the Proof: Attach your mandatory unboxing video along with clear photos of the defect.

  3. Review: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

  4. Send It Home: Once approved, we will provide instructions to ship the plushie back to us. Return shipping is fully covered by Cloudy Cuddles for all valid claims.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives visibly damaged from transit, please document it immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you.
